Full Version: how to regain both toolbars after dismissal of them

Pretty explanatory, I lost both of the toolbars and I have not a clue on how to get them back. right clicking seems to do nothing and I'm stumped.

I'm not sure how you even dismiss the menu toolbar, but you can reset the GUI settings by deleting 'Config/Qt.ini' in your user directory.
