no matter what configuration i use i get 12fps till opening screen with sun then it drops to 5.
i play twilight princess and get 60fps pretty stable. any help would be appreciated

asus b350m-a  ryzon5 1600 @3.8ghz 48gb ddr4 ram  radeon rx580 4 gb ddr5 1 500gb ssd for os 1tb ssd for storage
