on Steam Link, AetherSX2 (PS2) emulation and other services there is an option to toggle a button on tap and to release the toggle on another tap.
This would be a great feature for Dolphin, since it is hard to press three buttons at the same time on a touchscreen. In lets say Rayman origins, there is a shoulder button, which lets you run, instead of walk. It is inteded to use this button with your index finger on a controller. Since there is no shoulder button on a phone, it would be great to mimic the pressed index finger by this toggle feature.
