Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I'm confused too. All I was able to figure out was dolphin will prevent Spotify from playing anything as long as it is running a game. I don't even understand how that is possible, but I guess it is. As soon as my game launches, any content pauses, and when I press play, it says "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." I don't know what to do. I have updated Dolphin and reinstalled Spotify and it won't budge.

If you go to Config > Audio in Dolphin, I assume the currently selected audio backend is WASAPI? If so, switch it to Cubeb. Dolphin's WASAPI backend uses exclusive mode, which reduces audio latency but makes it impossible for more than one program to play audio at the same time.
