I'm new to this forum so please forgive me if I'm breaking any rules somehow.
I just want to put it out there that it would be great if the crop feature could fill out 16:10 displays (like on the steam deck for example)
The only way around this is to apply a widescreen patch and then use the built in "widescreen hack" and "stretch to screen" to fill out the black bars, and this works well enough sometimes but it often introduces graphical glitches.
Even when it works the problem is that it sort of zooms out the game, almost like increasing the FOV, and on the steam deck everything
So are there any plans to introduce a sort of "crop to fill" feature rather than specifically cropping the image to only 4:3 or 16:9 (the programme seems to automatically do a sort of "crop to fit" feature anyway)?
I tend to just play in 4:3 for most things because at least you get the full height of the screen and then it's not zoomed out.
