Simple idea really,
Add a command line option for Dolphin, like "-N, --netplay (requires --exec or --nand-title)" that launches Dolphin Netplay like you would
by right clicking on a game -> "Host with Netplay".
Netplay really seems to be taking off lately, and this would help a lot in situations like launching Dolphin games through Steam.
