Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hello!! I am a random person and I need help with the Broadband Adapter for the emulator.

I would like to use the LAN mode on Mario Kart: Double Dash on two different windows of Dolphin on the same computer, so I can play with 8 players on Mario Kart.

Which type of settings should I choose? I've tried doing this before but it would not work :/.
Any simple way of doing this? If so, thanks for the help!!

Any way of doing it without a vpn?

I think this is currently not possible because both Dolphin instances try to bind the same port. I suspect this is fixable though, the HLE BBA is pretty new so it hasn't seen widespread testing yet.
