Why no game is running on Dolphin-win-x64-r7214.
All games on JIT and JITIL "Dolphin exe has stopped working"
Running on Interpreter works fine.(VERY SLOW)

There is an issue with mamario's builds, he will need to fix whatever problem there is with his build environment. Just use a recent build from another member until it is fixed.

Mamario doesn't provide customized/optimized builds, his builds are done by a script that only compiles the latest vanilla build. Adding patches would break his build script if the changes don't merge properly with a later revision. The only way to get OpenAL is to request another member to compile it for you, or download a recent build from here:

Anyways OpenAL didn't do anything to fix audio issues, using OpenAL produces no better audio than using Dsound or Xaudio2 as the audio issues with this game are bugs with HLE emulation and not the audio backend. The AFC decoder and AFC/PCM16 looping is bugged with HLE which causes the audio issues with this game, the only fix is to use LLE for now. Another thing, using Xaudio2 should be a sufficient replacement for OpenAL, considering Xaudio2 supports the same functionality as OpenAL did and offers the possibility for additional improvements down the road.

First, Dolphin no longer uses Plugins, (aside from SDL/Xinput, but those aren't necessarily plugins) the code was merged into the Core.

The OpenAL BackEnd of the DSP was removed (for windows) by the developers, as it didn't offer any valuable benefit over XAudio2 or DirectSound.

If you build a valid case for them to add it back in, and post it as an issue on the site, they might consider putting it back in, but with the recent advancements in LLE JIT, I doubt for them to re-add it as most sound issues are code based, and not BackEnd based.

Other than trying to convince the developers to re-add it (which seems futile) you'll have to either wait until someone creates a code patch that adds that BackEnd back in or just use one of the other two BackEnds.

The builds are clean.
False positive, your Anti-Virus's heuristics are crap. Either that or the virus is from an ad on the main page, I believe a rogue ad from the main page or forum infected a library computer I was using about a month or two ago. The Dolphin application is 100% clean however.
I get an Virus alert, too !
I tried to download r7275 from Unknownforce´s page.
And I use the newest up to date GData 2011.
And this is for sure, no crappy software !
