Additionally, there prolly have been quite a few changes to the input plugin interface and since nJoy hasn't been updated (iirc) it won't work with the new interface anymore.

So how the he** are you supposed to use a NORMAL controller? If I can't use a normal controller, then I'm pretty much SOL, right? It's okay in my book if a plugin doesn't get updated, but to limit (see: coerce) users into using nothing by wii remotes? Isn't that, oh I don't know, kind of an asinine decision to make? Gamecube games do not make use of wii remotes ! Haven't they even taken into consideration people who have no method of using a wii remote on a PC? Gee, and this whole time I thought developers wanted the support of the users. How wrong I was.

Why you have to use nJoy plugins.
Why you don't just use GCPad, Wiimote or Wiimote New plugins?
They all working fine for me with my PS2 controller.
The plugins is not only for wiimote.
IT CAN WORK WITH NORMAL CONTROLLER!!!
Try read more thread before you post man.
If you still can't use it may be you can try Xpadder, JoytoKey tools.
The plugins you spoke of are in the plugins directory, I thought I made that clear. They show up when I use Revision 4999, but not in the most recent one. If you look at this: http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh137/Nintendo1889/plugins_ARE_THERE.jpg you can clearly see what I'm talking about.

Are you stupid or blind?
Just press the GCPad button.
nJoy and GCPad had taken out from the project.
And New GCPad work fine with controller.
The GCPad plugin already merge into Dolphin.
Yeah, first all of the input plugins have been superseded by GCPadNew and meanwhile it moved to core, i.e. there are no pad input plugins anymore.
I'm not sure how one uses a normal controller with Dolphin, but it should either just work or with the stuff blackJade mentioned.

Dude, what gives you the right to call me stupid and blind? Not only was that uncalled for, but that was downright rude. Hurling insults doesn't make you look all that smart, you know.
consistently complaining makes you look stupid too.
The OpenCL problems should be fixed now. Compiling shouldn't require anything except a small project included now in the solution.

ATI users will only have to install the Stream SDK if they want to test OpenCL. If they don't, the emulator will work, but enabling the checkbox won't have any effect.
NVidia users don't need to install anything except a recent driver to test OpenCL. Driver 197 has been tested and is working, 257 is told to have problem (but you can try anyway, just disable OpenCL if it doesn't work well).
Oh and by the way, I've broken mamario's builds with my latest commit. Since he's modified manually a file to add OpenCL to his builds, he's now got a conflict and the build bot is confused.
It's easy to fix but he will have to manually do it, you can't expect it to be magically fixed.
