Yes, you are a noob, but not because you put your comment here, because you think Mamario is a Dolphin developer. Mamario has nothing to do with the Dolphin emulator. He does not fix the emulator or help in any way.

Yeah I tried that, the music (BGM i think) just stops eventually.

WinZip won't work at all IIRC (well, last I used WinZip was about 4 years ago - I don't think it can handle the 7zip compression).
7zip on the other hand cannot be opened in a "doubleclick and then another window opens"-way. You just rightclixk the corresponding file and choose the 7zip menu point. From there you can decompress it without any hassle.
In my opinion you can delete WinZip ... 7zip is absolutely sufficient.
