Both movements can be assigned in Wiimote button mapping

Please man, can you get the movement of the defribrillator in trauma center? (you need to "move forward the wii remote") I would be very pleased.

Do you happen to have the "move toward you" movement? Can't find it anywhere and won't let us emulated wiimote users go past mission 3-6. :/
