Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hi everyone,

Title says it all, I can't alt + tab while an emulation is ongoing. I can't either change the active window in this state.

Maybe it's a bug, or maybe I didn't see an option to disable it ? Please light my way to the perfect emulation ^^

Maybe try Borderless Fullscreen in Graphics > Advanced.

Dolphin by default uses Exclusive Fullscreen on Windows in the D3D backend. You can read about that here -> https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2014/07/31/...-armada651 Do note however that after that was written Windows 10 launched with a hybrid mode that brings some of the benefits of Exclusive Fullscreen to Borderless Window (aka not exclusive fullscreen).

If you want to change this, just go to your Graphics settings and enable Borderless Window. I don't have access to a Windows machine atm so I can't tell you precisely where that is in Dolphin's settings, but it's in there somewhere, you'll find it.
