The game runs fine for me on Dolphin SVN R4775 x64 IL version. It almost always runs at full speed and has sound. The intro and the title screen are messed. Some movies are also messed but after the movie the games goes on without a problem. The savegames function also works. See the screenshots and settings below.

You should look this over. This whole thread has weird problems on your attachments and you restate your options twice in 2 pictures.
