i dont know why  007 - Quantum of Solace  run 2-5fps very slowly?

What your settings. At default even it was using integrated graphics from the cpu it should be running faster then that. Setting like Synchronous ubershaders will kill performance for example async ubershaders is the recommend setting for that example by the way.
