I put in a few hours of play time on the debug build and got zero crashes. I'll continue testing to be sure but it looks promising.
I've tested the debug build. It crashes (Specialized/Dual Core), and it gives the following message:

Warning
GFX FIFO: Unknown Opcode (Oxc3 @ Ox6e09e21fd3,
preprocess=false).
This means one of the following:
The emulated GPU got desynced, disabling dual core can
help
Command stream corrupted by some spurious memory
bug
*This really is an unknown opcode (unlikely)
*Some other sort of bug
Further errors will be sent to the Video Backend log and
Dolphin will now likely crash or hang. Enjoy.

I'll keep using 5.0-15445. It sometimes slows down on Metroid Prime 2 but it never crashed.
Yes, the debug build I posted does nothing about crashes that only happen when using dual core. The only reliable way to avoid those is to turn off dual core.
That dualcore issue will happen in the old build too, it's just random.
