omg i have the answer how we can see the text
i read the issues and then i found the feature with F8
when you talk to a person press A so that the text you can not see now iss completly written then press F8 and oh wonder you see the WHOLE text^^
Mm...Isnt F8 for loading state? Mm.. But at the same time it produces: "cleared code cache".
Mm....So that may be the solution?
yes only clear code cache thats all :-)
here did not work. the game crashes.
i know with one of the newest versions of dolphin it crashed at me too
but then i tried an older version and there it funktion but dont press F8 100 times per second ;-) then it crashes too
before you press F8 again wait few seconds 3-5 seconds should be enought
by the way
i use version 4730
M'kay, I know this thread is Old, but in light of recent revisions and a config that will solve this problem.... This solution has worked for me since R74XX (Currently using R7574). On my system (Vista x86, Intel Core2Duo E8400 @3.2 GHz, ATI Radeon 5770 HD @1GHz, 2GB RAM) this will run the game at 100%, except for the "Ganache Mine District" and "Waffle Town", which run at 60~80%.
(Your results may vary, depending on your system)
Disclaimer Wrote:This explanation is for "Harvest Moon - Tree of Tranquility". DO NOT paste the code block in a config file for ANY OTHER game! Although it SHOULD not cause any serious problems, some games require specific settings to run properly, which are stored in these files. Messing with them even though you were warned will probably result in a Facepalm.
Here's the n00b explanation:
- Click Config
- Select the "Display" tab
- Set Backend to DirectX 11
- Uncheck "Use Panic Handlers"
- Click the "GFX Config" button
- Select the "Hacks" tab
- Check "Skip EFB access from CPU"
- Check "Ignore Format Changes"
- Under "EFB Copies", Uncheck "Disabled" and select "Texture" (Enable Cache will be grayed out)
- Set the slider at "Texture Cache" all the way to the left (Safe)
- Under "External Frame Buffer", Check "Disabled" (Virtual and Real will be grayed out)
- Under "Other", Uncheck "Disable Lighting" if you have it checked
- Uncheck "Cache Display Lists" if you have it checked
- Click Close, then OK
- Right-click the Game, and select "Properties"
- Click "Edit Config" below
- Clear all text EXCEPT THE FIRST LINE from it, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE code block below back in
- Close Notepad and SAVE
- Hit the "Close" button
- Happy Harvest!
Copy-And-Paste this into the Config File, should work for both PAL and NTSC:
Code:
[Video_Settings]
SafeTextureCache = True
SafeTextureCacheColorSamples = 0
[Video]
ProjectionHack = 0
PH_SZNear = 0
PH_SZFar = 0
PH_ExtraParam = 0
PH_ZNear =
PH_ZFar =
ZTPSpeedupHack = 0
[EmuState]
EmulationStateId = 5
EmulationIssues = Needs Texture Cache Accuracy to be set to Safe. Use DirectX11 Backend to fix lighting misplacement.
[OnFrame]
[ActionReplay]
[Gecko]
[Core]
MMU = 0
BAT = 0
TLBHack = 0
VBeam = 1
FastDiscSpeed = 1
BlockMerging = 0
