Hey, as of the RC1 release of Dolphin, Geometry Wars: Galaxies is a lot more stable now. It runs a lot more smoothly. However, the Galaxies Mode still does not work and the intros and main menu's run very slowly unless you use the "Copy EFB to Gl Texture" hack. I'll be sure to add that into the original post. However, I think I should probably start a new thread because this thread is about rev. 4771 instead of the most recent release.
If you make a new official thread, let me know and i'll change it on the game thread index.

How do I compile that version? I don't know how to.

That's awesome! I guess we can now list Geometry Wars: Galaxies as a near fully working game. The only issues left is that sometimes the menu's are slow but gameplay is fine. Also, I noticed that in this build, gameplay was actually a bit slower than other builds. But other than that, everything was perfect!
It'd be great if Dolphin could take advantage of a laptop's built in Bluetooth to connect to the DS so it can unlock that extra mission in Galaxies Mode.
I'll edit the original post later to list that it's pretty much fully working now.

There is a program to extract audio from Geometry Wars, but it only works on the PC version which is the original Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved, not Galaxies.

well... i found out that dolphin can extract the audio files from the games .gcz
the files are .kRAW files and can be played with an winamp plugin...
with that i managed to convert the .kRAW files into .wav but every file has a left and a right verion...
so... is the left file only the left speaker and right only right speaker?
any1 knows?

Well, you could try extracting both versions and then listening to both of them to see which speaker is playing louder. If they really are for left or right speaker, then you can merge them together using Audacity into one stereo sound file.
