Hi admin 89, I installed DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) what you suggested installing. But, it doesn't work. I have read a thread. There is a guy have the same problem. He used win7 64bit too.
So, is there another way to solve it?

Reinstall windows then disable windows update
I never have this problem , both my desktop and laptop installed windows 7 x64 build 7600

Edit : Maybe your Antivirus program is the cause , try uninstall it

That sounds pay a lots to play some games. Maybe I find another way.
