Dolphin's idle loop detection doesn't seem to work in Sonic Colors at all - IdleSkip always shows zero, CPU resources wasted. Can you [devs] do something about it?

Some games have custom idle loops that aren't detected by Dolphin's heuristics. If you can isolate it and figure out what the game is doing, potentially you could add it yourself.

It's unlikely development time is going to be spent at this juncture on trying to find idle-loops in individual games.
