I can get the motion to simulate in the calibration test but nothing happens in-game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Please post the rest of your controller settings.

This about covers it. I also have "skip efb access from cpu" turned off
Could you show the Motion Simulation tab? That's the one that's relevant for getting the cursor to work on a gamepad that doesn't have motion sensors.

Hmm... Well, it looks like you should be able to get the cursor to at least show up, as long as you're not pressing "Thumb R" (I'm not sure which button that is). Which game is this in?

Thumb R is the r3 input on the xbox one controller. I tried to use the cursor on Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid Prime Trilogy. The cursor would not appear in either games. I move the right stick and nothing happens while all other inputs work. Even the shake action put on my shoulder button works.
