Alright had the same problem with TP, it formatted now playing. When I am done seeing if I get anymore problems I will switch to WW and try again.
R4465 has a program called Memory Card Manager. Why they took it out of later revisions IDK. Extract that to your current revision directory and use it to make a new memory card and make sure your memory card is in the /User/GC directory where it needs to be
