Windows XP
AMD Phenom
Radeon HD 4870 9950 Quad-Core

I've updated all my drivers, done everything applicable in the stickies, and yet it still gives me these errors whenever I try to open anything:

Error loading Plugins/Plugin_VideoOGL.dll: can't read info
Can't init video plugin
Couldn't init the core, check your configuration

Whenever I try to click on the Graphics settings, it gives me that plugin loading error then crashes ("Dolphin.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close").

Sorry if this problem has been posted before, but I've used three different search engines along with some manual clicking around the threads, but no avail. Thanks for any help!
Mm....Have you downloaded libraries and the latest REV?
Mm....Or maybe your computer doesnt have SS2, SS3, SS4 support?

Yup, downloaded absolutely everything. I even ran installers for things I didn't have, just to make sure.

Ran CPU-z which said that I do indeed have SSE2/3/4 support (or 4A, don't know whether or not that makes any difference).
Have you updated your direct-X??
