Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

So I bought a new 5.0 bluetooth dongle but dolphin says its not compatable, as far as i can tell it does use the microsoft drivers so i dont understand the problem.

What is the exact dongle you have?

when i try to launch a wii game

Have you tried using without passthrough? Did you follow this guide?

it recognizes the bluetooth dongle now but my wiimotes still wont connect

i press the sync button in dolphin controller settup, and on the controllers i tried both pressing 1 and 2 and also the sync button under the battery cover

the thing the passthrough device told me to use busted my bluetooth dongle to where windows doesnt recognize it now and i cant reinstall the driver that came with it anymore
