I can play Pokémon colosseum (GC) without any problems.

Pokemon XD (GC) gets 85~50% FPS.

Pokemon Battle Revolution (Wii) gets 15 FPS.

I would like to know if it is possible to run, for example, Pokémon Battle Revolution with this processor if I only increase my amount of RAM to 32 GB (it is currently 4 GB).
What if I buy a video card? What do I need to keep in mind about Dolphin?

That CPU is too weak. Adding more RAM or a dedicated GPU is very unlikely to improve anything...
