This is for the original Japanese release of Sonic Mega Collection, every time I entered cheats then save it doesn't save the cheats permanently despite me saving progress in one unlockable game. Any solutions?
What exactly are you trying to do? This sounds like a cheat/game issue and not dolphins fault.

Cheats to unlock all of the games in Mega Collection. After I save those games on the memory card, it still won't let me access them upon reboot.
Is there a problem with having the cheat enabled at all times?

Yes. I want the game to save the cheats (which unlocks all games) in the game permanently then put them on my sd card. It would be great if someone gave me a working save file from mediafire
Has anyone come up with a solution yet?
I believe the solution is to find a 100% save.

If only there was a JPN save that has the games unlocked... GameFAQs and The Tech Game's saves don't work.
