PC specs:
- Windows 10
- Dolphin 5.0-14991
- nVidia RTX 3080, latest graphics and audio drivers installed
- Intel i9-9900k OC'd
- Audio output over HDMI to receiver
- Games are loaded from SSD into RAM

I've recently decided to play around with surround sound in Dolphin again, but I can't see to get it working while using DSP LLE recompiler. This is very strange, since it seemed to work in the past just fine.

Here are some settings I've played with to try and get it working:
- Latency: No change
- Stretching: No change
- Dolby pro logic: No change with on/off or quality settings
- Backend: No change
- DSP HLE: Works, but obviously no surround
- DSP LLE interpreter: Works, but slow as expected

I tried the following other troubleshooting steps:
- Confirmed audio device was outputting properly in sound control panel. It was.
- Confirmed that other programs/games could output audio just fine, even with surround sound.
- Downloaded Dolphin again and freshly installed it on my C drive. No change.
- Made sure I didn't have any extra DSP files hanging around. There weren't any.

I might play around with an older build to see if something regressed, but wanted to double check if there was anything obvious I could have missed.
