trying to start dolphin on windows 10, keeps saying "your pc cant run this app" tried fiddling with permissions. downloaded visual studio 2019, tried 3 different dolphin versions. PC is x64 and 64 bit. what is the problem? Blush

What are your computer specs? What version of dolphin are you using?

Are running windows 10 in s mode? If so maybe this will help. https://www.hellotech.com/blog/what-is-w...urn-it-off . S mode block all non windows store apps from running that I know of.
