Hello, how do i use Direct3d11 through my graphics card instead of OpenGL?

Whenever I use Direct3d11, the game is very zoomed in and i can't see anything.

mind, you this isn't the greatest example, it's just a blue screen... but i can hear the selection noises, press to start noises[attachment=19761]
