I'm using the default settings for dolphin, and am only having problems with this game, every 5-6 seconds, the game starts hitching or stuttering, which is really annoying. 3 years ago i made a similar post, so i bought a new computer and a better to see if i can run games better. I can, but not SSBB, the stuttering is a mess. What can i do?

Have you tried enabling Asynchronus Ubershaders and Precompile Shaders in the Graphics settings?

In the Nvidia Control Panel, make a profile for Dolphin and set the Power Management to Prefer maximum performance
