My computer is an AMD Phenom II X4 810 processor 2.6 ghz, (quad core)
8gb RAM, Realtek HD Audio soundcard, ATI Radeon 4200 graphics card. (yes I know the card sucks for gaming, but I can run Path of Radiance and Viewtiful Joe just fine so I doubt that's the issue)
I have no idea what the problem is. If google is to be believed, nobody has had this error with this particular game, although some have had it with other games. One person somewhere recommended updating soundcard drivers, which I did, but it made no difference. I'm running Dolphin SVN R 4525, in case the error is tied to that?

I have the same exact problem!! I've been googlesearching those stupid errors for the last 2 or 3 days on-and-off but nothing about baten kaitos not working.
I just got back from a newyears party (happy new year!!!
) and tried again and got lucky, this was at the top of thelist. My comp's a Intel ® 82915G/GV/91oGL Express Chipset Family

Can someone please tell me why it wont work? all my gamecube games I borrowed to my nephew for his wii and he lives all the way in Florida, but lately I got smacked with the nostalgia-hammer and wanted to play this again.. I defintely don't want to go out and buy another controller and game I already own for my gc, cuz my nephew has my controllers too. I kinda regret letting him borrow them now, but hey, he's family right? What can ya do...
Sooo... Does nobody know how to fix the error? Am I just unlucky and the people who know haven't seen this thread yet? Is there something in my teeth that's scaring people away? It would be really great if someone could help me with this...
Is anyone going to help us? I know this isnt my thread but I have the same problem as MasterDRD so I didnt bother to make a new one. I tried the same thing about audio drivers but it didnt have any effect at all, and I'm stuck not able to play Baten Kaitos until the problem is solved...
Its really annoying, and I'm kind of pissed that nobody has said anything.
I mean even if noone knows how to solve it, the least you could do is say 'Sorry, I don't know what the solution is' or even 'Hey screw you, go figure out your own problem' because at least that would be something.

1st off thanks for the reply... I must admit I was getting a little irritated too, but I didn't want to say anything.
Anyway I just tried that and it definitely stopped the messages from showing up... Unfortunately Dolphin crashed immediately on opening Baten Kaitos (disc 1), so the root cause remains untouched...
I also tried disabling Panic Handlers but my game crashed... Any other ideas? And yeah thanks for saying something. I didn't mean to get snappy like that
but it felt like I was being ignored and I HATE being ignored, especially when asking for help...
What else can I do? I really want to play this again but I don't have the kind of money to fly all the way from Cali to Florida just for a gc game...
It's been 4 days now since the last post... Surely by now someone might have figured out a fix for this issue? Is anyone else here able to run Baten Kaitos on Dolphin SVN R 4525, and on a Windows 7 computer?
EDIT: I just downloaded the new build, 4771. Same problem...
try disabling the sound in the dsp, it looks dsp related. I don't have this game so I don't really know.
I disabled all sound. Same exact problem. The iso I'm trying to use is "[GC]Baten Kaitos[PAL][ESP][ESPALWii.com].rar.iso"
Could that be the problem? Is there a different iso I should be using?
