That is absolutely within the wiki's scope! Though be sure to note it is for PAL 60 when you post it, and mention in a few sentences explaining why it is useful. (screenshots would be good too!)

Done. Might eventually do other games - Sonic Adventure: DX, Medabots Infinity, Pokémon Colosseum, Burnout 2. If you know other games with broken aspect ratio - please write them here.

Awesome! That way, we can still use other shaders
Even after correction, SA: DX 3D space looks a little tall, needs 93.333% vertical FoV scaling to look proper. Just how screwed up this port is.
