You can effectively buy and run any new game with old menu versions as long as you know what your doing
Well , doing that is pretty easy . Just dump the game , check in the TMD for the IOS used by the game ( offset:0x184, length: 8 .Something like 0000000100000024 (IOS 36) thanks wiibrew ) , and update it whit the tool that you want

But I don't know how flexible is the wii in this point , If it just check if the IOS used by the game is present or if the system menu checks the update parttition before doing anything

then we never need to update which i plan on never doing myself i can sit tight on 3.2E which in my opinion is the best system menu for homebrew just about everything works perfectly on this version without the need of any extras unlike the newer versions like 4.1 or 4.2
The "Twilight" game... Dodgy

What installer does it use, don't they all have scam warnings?

Can it be reported to Google ads? They clearly cross the legal line with the sentence containing "download" and "wii games"

you could report it

also, many homebrew and homebrew installers don't have the scam warning.
