Images work! Now let's see.... I'll just test differences on my machine to see what the cause could be.
*Tests a bunch of things*
Ok, I think I have it narrowed down. Enable "Fast Depth Calculation" (calculo de profundidad rapido) and try it.
what I could say is that I get a dolphin warning saying "arfbuffer" don't know what "is outdated or not present" & "that performance will be terrible"
OpenGL on macOS has been deprecated, and it was deprecated juuuust before a critical feature we need was added to the spec: Buffer Storage. We really need that for performance in OpenGL, so we make sure to inform the user that hey, Dolphin isn't supposed to be running this badly, and it's not our fault.
Vulkan doesn't have this problem since we use MoltenVK to translate our Vulkan backend to Metal.
Also, were the graphics issues you encountered at the start of this thread addressed by enabling Fast Depth?
a sorry for not answering im just updating to check what fast depth would looklike in the settings, im on a apple air i3 dual core if metal isn't enough fuss on dolphin smfh ^_^
i wont see dat option a only got gpu tex cache fog n the likes am on latin america btw

yei! that did it, gotta choose ogl since Vulkan still shows corrupt textures I don't know how to say it but its all messed up with textures n polygons jaajahjha thank you so much!!! I just was gettin a star in the 2nd map in mario galaxy 2 and all sweet without Vulkan! thank you!!!
Just curious—why does enabling Fast Depth Calculation fix the problem? Wouldn't disabling it imply that slow and thus more accurate depth calculation would be used instead?
In this particular case, Slow Depth is hitting an Intel bug on Intel macs, whereas Fast Math does not.

So about that... Slow Depth is now less inaccurate than Fast Depth. But we need Slow Depth for a few things so it has to stick around. This is unrelated to the Mac Intel issues though.
...might be wise to remove it from the GUI now though.
