Hi everyone. I recently downloaded Dolphin 5.0 on my Chromebook. But it has Linux beta in it so I have the terminal. But the file explorer is not affected by it. Btw the video link will be here. -------->

Since the download was from the Linux part of the Chromebook, the file manager for the Dolphin emu. was like linux with boot and lib media etc. So I can't add the roms. Is there any way to though?

It's been less than a week since you asked your question, people that use Linux on Chromebook aren't a big majority of users. If you're not used to Linux and Terminal in general there's a bit of a learning curve to get familiar with Linux/Terminal
Looking at that YouTube video, you're installing the flatpack version of Dolphin. That's not an official distribution of Dolphin, so if you're having issues getting games to run you might want to uninstall that version and build Dolphin from source:

Also, the 3rd comment on the video says you need to have your game files in a ISO format in the Linux folder from ChromeOS to access them in the Linux side through Terminal. Try looking at `/mnt/chromeos` as mentioned by the ChromeOS dev setup page
https://chromeos.dev/en/linux/setup or run the command `locate <name of file>`to search for Linux files. Then you'll probably want to move them to a better place like `/home/<username>/ROM/` or some other easy to use place that you can set as a default directory for Dolphin
