The apps work but the VC Test didn't solve the problem. Is there another option for the region free app, btw?

I know it's an old thread because I've been busy with work but what's the best solution since other people got BootMii to work on Dolphin, according to YouTube
Again, sorry for posting too late.
BootMii is fundamentally incompatible with the way Dolphin emulates the Starlet co-processor.
