So the Dolphin change in 5.0-13616 changes Dolphin from using the link directly to using a redirect.php feature of the wiki. Apparently a feature of ublock is blocking that redirect. Maybe because it's a redirect from an external program? Not sure.

Since what we are doing is very innocuous, I don't believe there is any reason for us to change Dolphin for this scenario. You should probably ask ublock origin's support for help in configuring the extension so it doesn't block our redirections. Also if you could come back and tell us how to fix it for any future people who may have this issue, I'd appreciate it!

Ok I may look into it further in the future. For now it's not too big of a deal. I just open the wiki and hit the refresh button and it works fine. If I find a way around this I will definitely let you know.
