Hi, since Dolphin 5.0-13577 only the Direct3D 11, Direct3D12 and null backends appear on graphics configuration. Vulkan, OpenGL and software render doesn't appear.
I've tried to boot Zelda Wind Waker (GZLE01) with Vulkan and that lead to a instant crash. I've tested the previous version, Dolphin 5.0-13564 and it was working properly.

Should be fixed by https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/9479. Please try it!

I've tried 5.0-13590 and it has been fixed.
