You're clearly not using mode 4 since the Wiimote is interacting with Windows itself (you're probably on XInput mode, XInput devices can interact with the Windows 10 Start Menu and other modern apps). Put the Dolphin Bar in mode 4, sync your Wiimotes to it, make sure Dolphin is in "Emulate a BT Adapter" mode and you're done. There's nothing else to configure, the Wiimote will simply work...

Edit: also make sure you've set the input to "Real Wii Remote" instead of "Emulated Wii Remote" in Dolphin's controller settings...
I put the Dolphin Bar in mode 4 and synced the Wii Remote to it. "Emulate a BT Adapter" is selected. It's a genuine Nintendo remote that came with my Wii U. Now it won't do anything at all, as if it's not connected.
Did you change Wii Remote 1 from "Emulated Wii Remote" to "Real Wii Remote"? If you did that and they still isn't detected, try enabling "Continuous Scanning"...

Continuous Scanning did nothing. It still doesn't work.
IT WORKS!!!!

The sensitivity is a little wonky, but it works! Thanks to mbc07 for the help!
NEW PROBLEM!!

The remote keeps disconnecting. The LED 1 is lit up and the Mode 4 on the Dolphin Bar is lit up but the remote keeps disconnected and the game says "Communications with the Wii Remote have been interrupted." Dolphin gives a message saying "Wii Remote disconnected from emulated software." What should I do?
