Processor - Intel® Core™ i5-9300H Processor
- Quad-core
- 2.4 GHz / 4.1 GHz
- 8 MB
RAM 8 GB DDR4 (2600 MHz)
Graphics card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
- 4 GB GDDR5
Storage 256 GB SSD

I mainly want to play a variety of gamecube games especially the Pokemon ones xd

This is my second option if the first one is not good enough. This one costs a bit more:

Processor - Intel® Core™ i5-10300H Processor
- Quad-core
- 2.5 GHz / 4.5 GHz
- 8 MB cache
RAM 16 GB DRR4 (2933 MHz)
Graphics card - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
- 6 GB GDDR6
Storage 512 GB SSD
First one should work fine for most games, just make sure it doesn't throttle and it should be good to go.
If I had money I would go for the second option since you can easily emulate other consoles such as Nintendo Switch and PS3, that nvidia rtx 2060 has no comparison with the other.

Thanks guys, I think I will go for the second option in that case

I would agree with this, unless for some reason you really are just using dolphin and nothing else. The other laptop is probably going to last you longer and be able to do more.
