Title says it all, how do I create Mii's in Dolphin 5.0?

Make Dolphin download and install the system menu. Then you launch it and go to the Mii channel. An alternative would be to get a wad file for the Mii channel and run it, but only if the system menu doesn't work for some reason.

I use a thing called NUSD Downloader. It lets you download ads for all of the system functions and the Wii menu (even Japan only apps!)

I used the NUSD downloader to get the system and the mii channel, which is cool, but neither shows up in my game list, even with "Show WAD" checked. The system menu shows up in the pull-down menu "Load WII system menu 4.3" at least, but to open the Mii channel I have to open it directly.
