I booted up Dolphin after not using it for a while, and I found a problem. My controller doesn't accept my inputs when it's plugged in, but the games recognize it. If I have it connected wireless, it accepts input, but the games themselves don't recognize it. I'm honestly confused.

Apparently, by the time I responded to this, I managed to fix it somehow. The controller is a Switch Pro Controller in case you need to know in the future.
