Just recently bought a new laptop for gaming (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0862269Y...asin_title) but while running dolphin I tweaked all my settings on the forums but it still sometimes lags and stutters and randomly drops frames for like 1 second. I’m running Vulkan with my native GPU and no shaders and also running compiling before starting the game! Any help would be much appreciated!

First of all, install newest drivers.

Then, make sure You are on high performance mode (windows seting)

Set some reasonable internal resolution at begining, like 2x or 3x. Turn off vsynch.

And use some monitoring software (in case win10 task manager is enough) ans see what is maxed out during slowdown. Whether it is CPU or GPU at 100% ?

Okie doke, just in general though would you say my laptop has fair enough specs to run emulation at a normal rate? Nothing fancy just a solid 720 or 1080p 30fps with no lag?
