You could try cleaning the disc with a microfiber or glasses cleaning cloth

I have already started dumping a new disc. I checked the surface of the original one and noticed a few light radial scratches that probably appeared when the disc drive was loose. The Wii never had an issue running MKW which is what caused so much confusion.
Ok so the new disc works. I got RMCE01.part0.iso and RMCE01.part1.iso
