So i recently got a amazing gaming laptop. before this i had a kind of crappy one but it ran dolphin amazingly but when i try to run my games on my new gaming laptop it is so slow and everything. I don't know what to do.
My GTX is NVIDIA 1050
My processor is intel® core™ i5-8300H cpu @ 2.30ghz
There's a couple of things you can try:
Play with your charger plugged in and make sure Windows is using the High Performance power plan.
Make sure you have the latest Nvidia GPU drivers and Intel iGPU drivers installed.
Make sure in Nvidia Geforce Experience App that Battery Boost is turned off.
In the Nvidia Control Panel, go to Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > make a profile for Dolphin to use the High performance GPU and power plan is set to "prefer maximum performance". Don't change or force anything else
