I noticed that the sun does not work in the emulator, I tried many versions of the emulator and different settings. Here is an entry from gamecube where the sun is visible: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWKwdNf00zI&t=259s
You might need to disable "Skip EFB Access from CPU". If it still doesn't work after doing that, try changing graphics backend.

I tried all possible backends (dx11, dx12, vulkan, ogl), as well as disable "Skip EFB Access from CPU". It didn't turn on the sun.
DirectX? I thought this was on Android?

Well, that just makes it weirder... Stuff like this should work on all backends on PC, unlike on most Android devices.

I found the problem on Android, but checked everything already on the Dolphin PC. I know that the Android version is not the best. Mipmaps don't work, but that's another problem.

Sorry, i didn't know all the emulator settings, you need to add:
[Video]
PerfQueriesEnable = True
in Sys\GameSettings\GOW.ini
Please add this to the dolphin source code.

On android in OGLES mode only works in 1x resolution. Can I remove this border?
