Okay found it! I am currently using OpenGL for my back end is what it seems. I screenshot all my graphic settings too if that would help.

Try changing it to Direct3D 11. Does it keep crashing?

I think it might have worked. I tried two times, one doing it how I've been doing it normally with opening the game and screen before streaming, then once with fiddling around while the game was streaming and both times nothing happened. If something changes I'll report it here again, but otherwise thank you for the help!
