It seems that 5.0-12280 broke coverting ISO discs to RVZ (tried block size: 2 MiB / LZMA2 / Compression Level 9). When reaching 100% it hangs infinitely and starts taking up full CPU power, meaning you kinda need to reboot your system... Or if you're patient and lucky enough try and kill Dolphin with Window's Activity Manager.

Ahh. Good to know I was not the only one having an issue with it.
