Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

i have successfully installed dolphin w/ slippi with the intent to play melee, i cannot get dolphin to detect any controller whatsoever, when i go to configure, the only drop down item i am given is KB and Mouse. why is this? i have tried both a USB fightpad for the switch and a gamecube controller with adapter

Does it work in the latest beta or development version of mainline Dolphin? If it does, you'll need to ask the Slippi people for help with this issue.

For the GameCube adapter, if you want to use it with Dolphin's "Standard Controller" mode, make sure the adapter is set to PC mode. Setting it to Wii U mode and using it with Dolphin's native support is generally preferred, though.
