I extracted it. The same error message (attached) keeps appearing when I click on the Dolphin application though. Not sure what to do from here.

Ah, right, there was both the Qt error and the runtime error before, but now there is only the runtime error. Please download the Visual C++ runtime linked here: https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/#program-cant-start-because-vcdll-is-missing
