How come the Paper Mario games look all glitchy? Is there anyway to fix this?

Don't know my PC specs but here's a screenshot of the issue. It also does this for Super Paper Mario.
You can look up your computer specs with something like Speccy (just post a screenshot of it here).

I would recommend trying to update your graphics drivers.

Doing that fixed the graphics but now every game runs slower...
EDIT: Nvm fixed both issues.
